We stayed 5 nights in a Superior King or Twin Room and had a canny time, like. The staff were dead friendly, always helpful. The breakfast was lush with loads of options! Only downside was the bed being a bit hard for my liking. But overall, we’d definitely return!

Unexpected charm in Lamai Beach
The spacious rooms, combined with friendly staff and a relaxing pool environment, made our stay truly enjoyable. The pools felt like tranquil lagoons, perfect for unwinding after beach outings. Breakfast featured a delightful selection, and we loved how promptly housekeeping attended to our room, allowing us to return to a pristine space after meals.
Unfortunately, our sleep was sometimes disrupted by street noise. on a couple of nights, the nearby bar's sounds echoed until the early hours. the shower design could use improvement to minimize water splashes on the floor.

The pools here are surprisingly nice—almost like lagoons, with varying depths and lush decor that create a cozy vibe rather than just your average rectangular swimming area. The proximity to the beach is a definite plus, just a short walk, and you can find cafes offering free sunbeds and Wi-Fi.
A few quirks take away from the experience. For starters, staying in a pool access room can be awkward with shared access, as you have to navigate steps to get in and out of the pool properly. The breakfast variety left something to be desired. while it’s sufficient, it can become repetitive, especially with more lunch-type options. Lastly, the noise from nearby streets can be bothersome, and the bathrooms could definitely use a little uplift to avoid splashes everywhere.

The culinary delights were unforgettable! We discovered Mr Phu restaurant nearby, serving authentic Thai dishes, the cheapest around! The breakfast offered a good combo of Thai and American flavors, and I loved lounging by the pool with the swim-up bar on hot afternoons. the room upgrade near the pool was fantastic!
Check-in was a bit of a kerfuffle. my daughter and I ended up with a single bed instead of a twin. The hard bed had a pesky plastic layer making noise all night, yet we still made the best of it! Who knew a slight hiccup could turn into a laugh later on?

The rooms were huge and comfy, but the pool access needed better steps.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach with vibrant dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring fresh fruits and tasty natural cut fries. the pool access from the room was awkward due to limited handrails and a low pool ladder step, making entry and exit difficult. noise from the surrounding bars could occasionally disrupt relaxation, and improvements in the bathroom design are needed to prevent water spills.

Incredible staff and cozy vibes
We spent 5 nights in a Superior Pool View King or Twin Room, and wow, the view was stunning! The staff were super friendly and went the extra mile to help us out. We especially loved chilling by the pool after long beach days. One bummer was minor noise from the nearby road, but it wasn’t a huge issue.
